Pinecone is the best in my opinion. Try looking on the StartSampling forums for a list of good websites. I did online paid surveys for 6 months, and here’s what happened:

99% of those sites are scams. The only legit, Business Bureau accredited paid survey site is this one: http://www.mysurvey.com/index.cfm?action=Main.join&r=7071983 I’ve been paid by it several times (including two days ago).
My two favorite sites are Global Test Market and Opinion Outpost, both are free to join and have paid me multiple times.
